1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this platform. By registering an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. Minors may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@store.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Ordering

When you place an order on Tejas Unifforms, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract of sale.

• Product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
• If an order is cancelled by us after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
• Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of promotion and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• GST invoices are issued electronically and will be sent to your registered email address.
• We are not responsible for additional customs or import duties for orders shipped to certain regions, where applicable.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and EMI options through select banks.

• All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order. Orders will be confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.
• In the event of a failed transaction where your bank has debited the amount, it will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it is not resolved within this period.

6. Delivery

• We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only — typically 3–7 business days for standard delivery.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
• If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a designated safe location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our returns and refund policy is governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tejas Unifforms platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the exclusive property of CoreKit or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false or misleading information
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of our platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Create multiple accounts to abuse return or refund policies, promotions, or referral programmes

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tejas Unifforms shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party products, services, or logistics partners

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal grievance redressal mechanism. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
